The Controller reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and supervision of finance office staff to ensure the agency’s internal financial operations are carried out in accordance with generally accepted accounting and auditing practices.  The controller will provide the accurate and current financial information needed by executive management and the Board for their oversight responsibilities, and supplies other financial information required for short and long-range planning. These responsibilities will be carried out during a time of ongoing organizational change during which time management and staff prepare for rapid growth and expansion.
