Responsible for coordinating a wide range of recruitment functions under the supervision of the Human Resources Director. The candidate must have a passion for finding the “right” people and enthusiasm to collaborate and coach with an unflappable demeanor; one who will be front and center in supporting the growth of a dynamic and engaging Federally Qualified Health Center.
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead on sourcing, screening resumes and applicants; arranging interviews with hiring managers; verifying previous employment; conducting reference checks; arranging for a background check. Ensures all hiring processes are effective and legally compliant.
Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, meetups, and other events.
Lead in updating job descriptions from department managers. Ensures information is complete and current.
Ability to validate history and skills to incorporate but not limited to listening, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, attention to detail, dedication, confidence, self-awareness, marketing, target driven, relationship building, and strong written & verbal communication.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - JazzHR, preferred - and use of related applications, social media, job boards, subscription services, etc.
High School diploma. Associates or 4-year college degree preferred
Knowledge of agencies, employment law; and talent acquisition metrics and analytics
Two (2) years related full life cycle talent acquisition experience, are required. Prior health care, physician, and/or FQHC recruiting experience, is preferred.
Demonstrated skill handling issues involving high levels of sensitivity and confidential
Ability to persuade and influence, establish personal credibility and trust, and foster collaborative working relationships
Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
