Delaware has created a Community Health Dental License that mirrors licensing requirements in place throughout the rest of the nation. It allows dentists who have passed a nationally recognized exam to work at La Red, for two years, before transitioning to a Delaware specific license. La Red Health Center is hiring experienced dentists or qualified recent graduates to join our team.

Qualified candidates should have excellent restorative skills, be willing to provide comprehensive treatment to patients of all ages, and have an interest in serving multi-cultural, diverse patients. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Existing team of hygienists and dental assistants to work with in two locations.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we serve racially, ethnically and financially diverse patient populations in our health centers and a school-based wellness center located in Sussex County, DE. We are located near the Delaware beaches and within a two-hour drive to major metropolitan areas of Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington DC.

Possession of a current license to practice dentistry in the State of Delaware preferred.
Minimum one to three years general dental experience; public or non-profit environment preferred.

La Red Health Center, (LRHC) operated as a 24 hour/7 days per week telephone hotline to facilitate access to medical care for individuals with no or limited English proficiency. Referrals were made to a network of primary and subspecialty care physicians who were bilingual and who treated patients at discounted rates.
