Description The LPN works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. This candidate must be self-motivated, action-oriented, and compassionate about care of their patients in the community. Responsibilities and Duties Complete patient assessments Administers medications as ordered by the providers. Performs lab tests such as A1C, EKG's, and urinalysis Charts accurately in patient EHR Provides patient support and education for testing and procedures Performs tasks ordered by providers and contacts patients with test results Other duties assigned
