Under the direct supervision of the Medical Director the Clinical Staffing Lead will perform duties and tasks with a high degree of competency.  The Clinical Staffing Lead will perform in a team relationship a variety of nursing measures based on principles of biological, physiological, behavioral, or sociological science. Will function collaboratively with other RN Nursing Staff to supervise and assist in performance of Medical Triage as indicated and based on established protocols; and supervise/assist when needed with all other clinical functions.
