Full-time weekday position in community health.  Serving an underserved population of all ages, you will indeed be able to make a difference in the lives of your patients! Provides long-term comprehensive care for the patient population newborn and older. Diagnoses and treats a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice. As a Physician in an affiliated medical practice, the Family Practice Physician provides medical services to patients in an assigned area. Evaluates and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with the Case Manager for admitted patients.  

We provide holistic care, whether it is refugee health, substance use disorder, hepatitis c treatment, or procedures. We also have language access services for non-English speakers.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine within 2 years of residency training
• Active Maryland MD license
• CDS, DEA, CPR
