JOB SUMMARY: The Supervisor of Community Health Centers is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Health Center services under the Department of Housing and Human Services. With direct oversight of various staff, the supervisor coordinates all administrative tasks, program scheduling, client documentation and staff training. Reporting to the Medical Director/Chief Medical Officer, the supervisor participates in strategic planning activities for continuous improvement of client care, implementation of best practices for health center operations, and ensures accurate documentation of health center activities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages health care services primarily supporting Frederick residents who are experiencing homelessness
