As a member of the health center’s integrated care team, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will fulfill the following KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES towards the provision of patient-centered, coordinated patient care: Supervises and actively participates in the timely hiring, coordination, and onboarding of new clinicians with the appropriate Health Center Medical Director. Responsible for achieving and maintaining provider-specific staffing goals and quality metrics. Provides direct supervision to Medical Directors and serves as Acting Medical Direct
