Position Summary: Reporting to the CMO, the Medical Director of Population Health, Clinical Quality and Access will oversee clinical quality initiatives at CCI, ensuring the highest standards of care while optimizing patient access. This role will focus on improving health outcomes, reporting requirements of clinical metrics, and optimizing the EMR to improve efficiencies across the organization.
